You can TRY to fix this error by either of the below actions:
- performing a hard reset on your phone,
- upgrading firmware to latest version
- making sure clock (time) is accurate and correct.
AFTER PERFORMING THE ABOVE STEPS
- run the with "Device Unlock App" again
- if it shows "INELIGIBLE UNLOCK" this time, the phone will be ELIGIBLE to be unlocked.
- place the order for the imei now.
AFTER WE COMPLETE THE UNLOCKING ORDER, DO THESE STEPS:
1. Connect your phone to WiFi
2. Go to play store and install "Device Unlock" app from tmobile
3. Open app and select "Permanent Unlock"
4. Phone will check status from server and reboot
SPECIAL CONCERNS: If you submit the wrong IMEI or wrong network, you will receive the wrong code and there is NO refund for the wrong submission.
